Yes! We are able to submit directly to your insurance provider for most of our services.

We know insurance paperwork is overwhelming and can get in the way of using the benefits from your insurance company, that's why we offer Direct Billing. You can learn all about direct billing, including what can be submitted and the full list of supported insurance providers  here.

Questions about your visit?

What should I expect on my first Naturopathic visit?

Your practitioner will take a comprehensive history of your current health concern as well as your past medical history, perform a physical exam and may request lab testing, if appropriate.

What should I bring to my first visit?

If this is your first visit, please bring any recent lab results or imaging to your visit.
If you are coming in for IV Therapy, Ozone Therapy or Prolotherapy, make sure to be well hydrated and snack about 1 hour prior to your visit.
If you are coming for Massage Therapy, be well hydrated and wear loose fitted clothing.

How do I cancel my visit?

Out of respect for our practitioner's time please note that cancellations require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no show appointments will be subject to a fee.

Please call our office as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
