With so many factors that can contribute to hormone health it can be confusing to know where to start. In this focused hormone health assessment we will evaluate contributing factors like chronic stress, environmental toxins, prescription medication, sleep, diet, genetics, and more.

The hormone health assessment is a comprehensive look at your overall health to uncover the mystery around the symptoms you’ve been experiencing.
Step 1 - Hormone Health Assessment and Testing
Initial Assessment
This is the initial step of your assessment and includes a 1-hour initial visit (virtual or in-person) to review your unique history, including your medical history, a review of sleep, activity, nutrition, lifestyle, stressors and more. The assessment may also include a physical exam. We’ll be uncovering some of the possible sources of your symptoms including blood sugar dysregulation, sex-hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, and other sources of inflammation.
Hormonal Testing
Once we’ve put together the potential causes of your symptoms, we’ll further evaluate those sources of imbalance through testing.
Testing may include the following:
Hormone Testing e.g. Precision Analytical DUTCH Hormone Profile
Comprehensive Thyroid Tests
Fasting Insulin and fasting blood sugar
Micronutrient testing (Vitamin D, B-vitamins, iron, antioxidants and more)
Blood chemistry evaluation
Gastrointestinal testing (evaluation of the microbiome, immune health, and digestive capacity)
Step 2 - Hormone Health Return Visit
During this 45-minute we’ll be reviewing the following:
Personalized interpretation of your lab testing
Dietary recommendations, customized to you (meal plans, dietary guidelines etc.)
Lifestyle support
Review of treatment options, which may include herbal support, prescription therapies, supplementation, IV nutrient therapy and acupuncture
This visit includes a summary of your visit, your recommended treatment plan and potential next steps.
